At OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence, we are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and professionalism in all admission and financial matters. Students and parents are advised to carefully read and understand the following Refund Policy before completing the admission process.

1. Admission Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

A. Cancellation Within 90 Days of Admission

  1. A student may apply for cancellation of admission within 90 days from the date of admission by submitting a written request along with valid supporting reasons and relevant documents.
  2. Upon approval of the cancellation request:
  3. The refund shall be processed after deducting:
  4. Applicable Government taxes and statutory charges.
  5. Cost of study materials, books, lab manuals, uniforms, ID cards, digital resources, and other consumables already issued.
  6. Administrative and processing charges incurred by the institution.
  7. Any other fees utilized towards academic services already availed by the student.

B. Cancellation After 90 Days of Admission

No refund shall be applicable for any admission cancellation request submitted after 90 days from the date of admission, irrespective of the reason for withdrawal, discontinuation, transfer, relocation, personal circumstances, academic performance, or any other grounds.

All fees paid after the completion of 90 days from the date of admission shall be considered final and non-refundable.

2. Purpose of Information Collection

The information collected may be used for:

To initiate a refund request, the student/parent must:

1. Submit a written application for cancellation of admission.
2. Provide a valid reason for withdrawal along with supporting documents, wherever applicable.
3. Return all study materials, library resources, ID cards, and institutional property issued by the academy.
4. Clear any pending dues, if applicable.

The refund process shall commence only after verification and approval by the Academy Administration.

3. Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are non-refundable under any circumstances once utilized or issued:

  1. Registration Fee
  2. Admission Processing Fee
  3. Study Materials and Printed Notes
  4. Laboratory Manuals and Academic Consumables
  5. Uniforms, Identity Cards, and Institutional Kits
  6. Digital Learning Resources and Online Access Credentials
  7. Examination and Assessment Charges
  8. Government Taxes and Statutory Deductions

4. Refund Payment Method

Approved refund amounts shall be transferred only through banking channels to the student’s or parent’s registered bank account. Cash refunds shall not be entertained.

5. Management Rights

OJAS ONE Academy of Excellence reserves the right to review, modify, interpret, or amend this Refund Policy from time to time in accordance with institutional requirements, academic commitments, and applicable regulations. The decision of the Academy Management regarding refund eligibility and deductions shall be final and binding.
